chef, Arne Morkemo, presents his culinary genius on every
ICER AIRLINES flight out of San Francisco. Arne, who studied
under the great culinary masters Wolfgung Pack and Julia
Child, is now responsible for every meal that is carted
out of the galley. ICER AIRLINES has held this enviable
rating of Five Michelin Stars since 1999.
Modern Ethiopian-German fusion is a feature,
with guaranteed Kobe beef delivered direct from Japan, succulent
organic pork, chicken & lamb, and superb fresh local
produce being used whenever possible; even our bread is
freshly made every morning in our galleys. We believe that
really good fresh food expertly prepared and served, is
an experience to be savored. Our temperature controlled
wine cellars in the baggage compartment of the plane have
been carefully stocked to offer an excellent choice of fine
vintage wines.
